Ben Stoltz, Founder and Director
Jani-King's Australian operations were founded by Ben Stoltz and his business partner Brian Morris in February 1993 in Perth, Western Australia. The business has since developed into one of the largest commercial cleaning organisations in Australasia. Mr Stoltz' involvement in the business today is largely focused on strategic planning, risk management and control, financial planning and compliance with relevant state and federal legislation with regard to franchising. Jani-King Australasia has over 1,110 franchisees and 3,600 clients.

Mark Gosling, General Manager
Mark was appointed General Manager of Jani-King Australasia in October 2007. He is responsible for the strategic and general management of Jani-King across all areas and for providing leadership to the management team. Before joining Jani-King in 2003 he had spent several years in sales and management positions in retail and franchised businesses. In just over four years as Regional Manager for Brisbane Mark helped double the region's monthly billing and introduced 60 new franchisees. This success paved the way for his appointment to the role of General Manager, leading Jani-King forward into the future.

Michael Liddle, Training and Operations Manager
Michael was appointed Training and Operations Manager of Jani-King Australasia in 2007. He is responsible for Jani-King's Initial Franchise Training Program, The OH&S Management Program, Environmental Services Management, Database Management and Troubleshooting, Key Account Management and Operations Staff Training and Induction. Prior to joining Jani-King Michael held various roles with commercial cleaning companies including Director of Sunrise Cleaning.

Geoff Samuels, Perth Regional Manager
Geoff Samuels was consistently the number one-ranked Business Development Manager in the group for several years prior to his promotion to Regional Manager in 2006. Geoff has extensive experience in building and owning businesses.

Tony Davie, Brisbane and Darwin Regional Manager
Tony Davie joined Jani-King in 2003 as Business Development Manager and was appointed Regional Manager in 2007. Tony had previously worked in retail management positions and Area Manager roles throughout Queensland before joining Jani-King.

Craig Bennett, Auckland and Wellington Regional Manager
Craig Bennett has been the Auckland Regional Manager since August 2007. He has an impressive 12 years’ experience in the healthcare, hospitality and commercial cleaning sectors.

Paul Manuel, Adelaide Regional Manager
Paul has been Jani-King’s Regional Manager for Adelaide since June 2007. He has extensive experience in financial management and previously worked as the Group General Manager overseeing the finance division at Radio Rentals in South Australia.

Richard Page, Christchurch Regional Manager
Richard Page joined Jani-King in the role of Operations Manager and was promoted to Regional Manager in mid-2008. Richard has a background in retail management and the commercial cleaning industry.

Gilles Delord, Melbourne and Hobart Regional Manager
Gilles first joined Jani-King in 1997 in sales and was promoted to the position of Regional Manager, covering Adelaide and Melbourne, that same year. He left the position in 2004 only to return as Jani-King’s Victorian Regional Manager in 2010.
Gilles has extensive executive management experience working with SMEs and large multi-national companies in the areas of concept development, team development and business planning.

Roger Washbourne, Sydney Regional Manager
Roger joined Jani-King in 2003 as Regional Manager for Christchurch after holding various sales and management positions in New Zealand. He was appointed to the role of Sydney Regional Manager in July 2009. Roger's success in the phenomenal growth of the Christchurch region and his experience in the cleaning industry in both business development and general leadership equips him extremely well to lead our Sydney Regional Office.
