Mark Watson has been an integral part of the Jani-King team for over 20 years, bringing a wealth of experience and leadership across multiple facets of the business. Throughout his career, Mark has held several key roles, including a decade as State Operations Manager for Victoria and three years as Operations Development Manager within Jani-King’s hospitality division. 

In 2018, Mark was appointed General Manager JKAH, and he now holds a dual leadership position as both General Manager of JKAH and National Operations Manager for Jani-King Australia. His extensive operational background and strategic mindset have been instrumental in driving performance, innovation, and service excellence across the network. 

Mark is deeply passionate about mentoring others and sharing the knowledge and experiences that have shaped his journey. He firmly believes that people are the most valuable asset in any organisation, and he is committed to fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and collaboration throughout the Jani-King family.
