With more than 20 years of experience in the franchising industry and over five years leading both the sales and operations teams, he is committed to maintaining service quality, operational compliance, and brand integrity across the region. 

Michael’s role is focused on supporting franchisees to grow successful businesses, while also mentoring internal staff through professional development and continuous improvement.
