Chief Operating Officer
I have been Jani-King Australia’s Chief Operating Officer since 2017 and have operated as part of the Jani-King team for 20 years. The Jani-King brand has been a part of Australia for a strong 30 years now.
In that time, our company has led the industry in terms of quality and reliability. I am proud of our dedicated team, who bring extensive experience and professionalism and offer our clients a high level of service.
Frank Huang
Chief Financial Officer
I am Jani-King Australia’s Chief Financial Officer. I came to Australia in 2006 and decided to stay after acquiring two Master’s Degrees in Accounting and Finance. With over 10 years of experience across accounting, tax, auditing, and financial management.
I enjoy leading the financial side of Jani-King Australia. I appreciate working with our team and believe that together, we can achieve greater goals with our talented people.

Andrew Gavalas
Regional Manager – VIC & TAS
Hello everyone! I am Andrew Gavalas, the Regional Manager for both Victoria and Tasmania at Jani-King. I’ve worked for Jani-King Australia since 2012. I lead both regions to success and implement Jani-King’s strategic decisions across all our departments.
With a strong and supportive management team and staff, we work tirelessly to support our franchisees, our clients and each other.

I have been proudly serving as the Regional Manager for Jani-King NSW & ACT since 2015.
I started working with Jani-King SA back in 2005 and have had the honour of working in various positions within the company, from Telesales, Business Development Manager, Business Relationship Manager & State Operations Manager.

Regional Manager – QLD
I have been proudly serving as the Area Coordinator at Jani-King ACT since April 2023. In this role, I am responsible for overseeing operations and driving sales in the Canberra region.
A key aspect of my role is supporting our franchisees and clients, ensuring they receive the assistance and resources they need to thrive. Helping clients and franchisees succeed is incredibly rewarding and motivates me to continually improve our services.
Robyn Pemberton
Area Coordinator – TAS
Over the last 18 years with Jani-King, I have experienced all aspects of the business, from accounts to operations to sales and, most importantly, supporting and assisting our franchisees and clients.
As I have been with Jani-King for a substantial amount of time, I have enjoyed the strong relationships I have built with both franchisees, clients, and potential clients and love watching the region grow.

Regional Manager – SA & NT
I’m a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success in leadership and management. As the Regional Manager for both South Australia and the Northern Territory.
I oversee the strategic direction and operations of Jani-King in these states and territories. With over 17 years in the industry, I have a deep understanding of the local market and a strong network of connections.
